As a mom of daughters, it is important to be an example of what beauty truly means. It is your responsibility to reflect true beauty. That means accepting your laugh lines and stretch marks. It means speaking only good and loving things about your appearance. Your daughter will learn about beauty and acceptance from somewhere. Let it be from you. We love what Lake Bell has to say on the subject of beauty, aging and being an example to the next generation.
